Kudos to Mr. Niranjan Reddy for this CEH five days boot camp. It was a very realistic approach in a well equipped LAB which helped me to clear many concepts that wouldn’t be possible merely reading books. As coming from a perimeter security background these practical scenarios of today’s world had definitely extended my knowledge about tools used for VA & PT. I am sure this CEH bootcamp has boost up my career.
Just wanted to share the overall experience of the 5 day program of CEH v7 launch in India - I have a experience of about 8+ yrs in the security domain and I was looking forward to see what all new things have been included in the version 7 course ware. This was our first batch with Net conclave for the version 7. The EC-Council course ware also felt well designed and the materials (slides, CDs etc..) were very nicely put together. The class was held 10am to 6pm everyday and lab was available even after or before the class hours. There were around 12 students for our batch. The instructor was well-trained explained us everything neatly starting with the introduction and differences between v6 and v7. The lab machines were well equipped with Win2008 as the OS as well as HyperV images of WinXP, Win7, Win2003 and Backtrack which provided a good platform to get hands-on experience with the tools. The instructor made the whole exercise of learning quite interactive and fun as well. Even though the 19 domains are quite huge on their own, all the aspects were nicely covered over the 5 days that the course lasted. Overall, I am pretty happy with the way the course went.

It was a great pleasure to get a chance to go through the Latest Ethical Hacking and countermeasures course i.e. Version 7 of Eccouncil. The course material was excellent and the tools provided in DVD are highly state-of-the-art and effective.
